 James H.
Sipple (james@bonerstern.com) is
originally from Newport Beach, California. He joined the Law Offices of Boner & Stern, as an associate in 2000 and became a named partner in 2007. Mr Sipple practices in the areas of business law, tax law, estate planning, and probate and trust administration. He is a member of the California Bar Association
and the San Diego County Bar Association.
Mr. Sipple received his Juris Doctor, as well as his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.), from the University of San Diego.
While obtaining his LL.M., Mr. Sipple emphasized his curriculum in estate and
gift tax and the taxation of business entities. Mr. Sipple earned his Bachelor of
Science degree in real estate, finance, and investments from the California State University
of Long Beach, receiving the
honor of “Outstanding Graduating Senior for the Department of Finance, Real
Estate and Law.” From 1995 to 1996, Mr. Sipple was a member of the Student
Management Investment Fund, where he acted as a security analyst/portfolio
manager.
An active participant in the community, Mr. Sipple regularly lectures before
other professionals and the business community regarding estate planning,
tax, and small business issues.
